Chef Thomas Isidori

Chef Tom has spent over 30 years in the hospitality industry. The Country Club culinary experience has always been where his heart is, mostly because of the ever-changing menus Chef and his staff get to create and produce. Whether it be a cobb station for a ladies’ tennis match, an all-American BBQ for a men's member guest, a July 4th weekend clambake or a 6-course wine dinner, everything for Chef Tom needs to be on point and as authentic as possible. Over time and in the vast array of jobs in the culinary hospitality industry, he has been able to work at some amazing clubs and hone his skill and the experiences have given him great ideas to run and manage a successful culinary team at Brae Burn Country Club.
